About The Artist:

Gellien Lai was born and raised in Macau and has lived in Canada since 1989. She began painting traditional Chinese watercolours and later incorporated other materials such as acrylic and poster colours into her work. Gellien is a member of the Art Guild of Scarborough and has received many awards in recognition of her painting.
