Counter Impressions Art Auction 2005

  1. All bids in the silent auction must be in writing. See CCNCTO volunteers at the counter for pencil.
  2. Please print your name, contact information and bid amount clearly.
  3. The minimum bid has been set by the Artist and it should be respected.

  4. Bid takeovers must be in incremental amounts as specified on the bidding sheet. For example, if the incremental amount is quoted at $30 then all bid takeovers must be $30 or greater over the last bid. Once a bid has been over taken the previous bid becomes void.

  5. The bidding will close at 4:00 p.m. sharp. Please stop writing.
  6. Top bids will be announced shortly afterwards.

  7. Payment can be made in three ways over the counter:

    1. Cheques to: Chinese Canadian National Council Toronto Chapter
    2. Cash/Debit
    3. VISA, MC, AMEX
  8. All artwork must be removed from the premises upon payment.
