CCNC Toronto Chapter is an organization of Chinese Canadians in the City of Toronto that promotes equity, social justice, inclusive civic participation, and respect for diversity. We achieve this by conducting activities in the areas of: public education, systemic advocacy, community development and coalition building as well as providing assistance to individuals facing discrimination. CCNC Toronto Chapter’s commitment and efforts in promoting civic engagement and equality through public education, human rights advocacy and social planning can be measured in our past 25 years of achievement. In 2005, CCNC Toronto Chapter received recognition from the City of Toronto’s Access and Equity & Human Rights Awards. CCNCTO was the recipient of the William P. Hubbard Award for Race Relations.
