Jessie Tang possesses extensive experience in organizing with (im)migrant communities, developing impactful programs, and advocating for policy change. Her diverse professional background spans community frontlines, non-profit leadership roles, and municipal work. Actively engaged in labor and tenant organizing, Jessie is dedicated to building sustainable grassroots power to achieve racial and economic justice. 

唐婕在组织移民移工社区方面拥有丰富的经验，包括发展和实施有影响力的社区项目、撰写资助申请和政策倡议。她的工作经历涉及社区前线、非营利机构领导团队和市政府。她积极参与劳工和租户组织活动，致力于在基层建立永续力量，以实现种族和经济正义。

As a committed member of CCNCTO since 2017, Jessie had served as a young worker  leader, community volunteer, and staff member. Her deep appreciation for the CCNCTO community fuels her desire to continue making a difference as a board member.

自2017年以来，唐婕一直是平权会的忠实成员，曾担任青年工人领袖、社区志愿者和工作人员。她非常感激平权会的社区，并希望继续作为理事会成员做出贡献。
