Elaine Yu

Elaine Yu is a curriculum developer and community worker based in Toronto. 

They support migrant organizing and work with working-class international students at various student unions and grassroots organizations in Toronto.

They have over a decade of experience developing art and design curriculum for international students at the high school level, as well as professional development curriculum for adult learners. They’re currently pursuing a PhD in Social Justice Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. 

They enjoy playing taiko and DIY projects in their spare time.

Elaine Yu 纯子是一名多伦多的课程设计师与社区工作者。  

她致力于支持移民组织工作，并与多伦多多家学生会及基层机构合作服务工薪阶层国际学生。  

她拥有十余年艺术与设计课程开发经验，曾为高中阶段国际学生设计课程体系，并为成人学习者开发职业培训课程。目前她在安大略教育研究院攻读社会正义教育博士学位。业余时间，她喜爱演奏太鼓和手工制作。
