Lilian Jiang
Lilian Jiang (she/her) is currently pursuing a double degree in Management Finance and Quantitative Finance at the University of Toronto. Through the PTA program, she worked as a Data Analyst at Amazon, where she modeled user behavior using Tableau and Python and designed a logistics simulation tool to improve operational efficiency. She also managed budgeting and financial coordination for the Solidarity Academy for Asian Workers, ensuring that limited nonprofit funding was effectively allocated to support community training, public education, and participatory events with transparency and precision.
As a co-treasurer at CCNCTO, she is committed to applying her skills in data analysis and financial management to community-based practice, promoting standardization and transparency in financial processes. Through her involvement in community initiatives, she has gained a strong understanding of the challenges new immigrants face in navigating information and systems, and actively uses her professional and bilingual abilities to foster clear communication and resource accessibility. She aims to leverage her expertise in finance and data to help CCNCTO improve its day-to-day operations and resource management.
