My Story 我的故事

I am the workers organizer at CCNCTO. My work focuses on supporting Chinese migrant workers through outreach, leadership development, and worker-led organizing initiatives that address labour exploitation and systemic barriers. 我是平权会的工人组织者。我的工作主要通过外展服务、领导力培养以及由工人主导的组织行动，来支持华裔劳工应对劳工剥削和制度性障碍。

My work approach is grounded in anti-oppression and community-based practices, with a strong focus on amplifying worker voices and advancing economic justice. 我的工作方法植根于反压迫和社区为本的实践，重点在于放大工人的声音并推动经济正义。

For the past 2 years, together with worker and community leaders, I supported workers organizing work that builds grassroots power, connects workers to resources, and creates pathways for collective action. 在过去的两年里，我与工人和社区领袖们共同支持工人组织工作，致力于凝聚基层力量、帮助工人获取资源，并为集体行动开辟道路。
